- Stage IV: Cancer has spread beyond the prostate to other parts of the body such as the lymph nodes, bones, liver or lungs. This stage is called “advanced prostate cancer.”
When an early stage prostate cancer is diagnosed, it may be treated or placed on surveillance. Whereas Stage IV prostate cancer is not “curable,” but it can be controlled. Treatment can stop advanced prostate cancer from growing and causing symptoms.

- Either bladder squeezes at the wrong time, or if it squeezes too hard, urine may leak out.
- If the muscles around the urethra are damaged or weak, urine can leak out even if there isn’t any problem with your bladder like squeezing at the wrong time.
- If your bladder can’t get empty when it should be, you are left with too much urine in the bladder. If the bladder gets full, urine will leak out automatically even if you don’t want it.
- If there is something which is blocking your urethra, urine can build up in the bladder. This can cause leaking.
Majority Urinary incontinence found in older men than in young men. But the only the age factor doesn't matter.
